Interpretation

Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping exclusively within Malaysia. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders placed on our website must list a valid Malaysian shipping address.


Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Our goal is to provide maximum value and convenience to our customers throughout Malaysia.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

In some cases, processing may take slightly longer during peak periods or due to high demand, but rest assured that we aim to ship all orders promptly.


Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of shipment. Depending on your location within Malaysia, most orders arrive well within this timeframe.

Deliveries are made via our trusted courier partners to ensure reliable and safe transportation of your items.


Delivery Notifications & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time via the courier’s website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make at least one or two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be returned to the nearest sorting facility or a pickup point. Please follow the instructions in your delivery notification or contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by You.

If your order has not yet shipped and you need to correct the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at vista_thrive@outlook.com.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives visibly damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged packaging or products and your order number to help us resolve the issue promptly.
