If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to VISTA THRIVE SDN. BHD.
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- “Service” refers to the e-commerce platform operated by VISTA THRIVE SDN. BHD.
- “You” means the individual placing the order or the business entity on behalf of which the order is placed.
Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging with seals and labels intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
Return Process
- Initiate Return Request:
Email us at vista_thrive@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving the product with the following details:- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect item received)
- Return Authorization:
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the status and provide return instructions if eligible. - Inspection & Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment if the return meets our eligibility criteria. You will be notified once your refund is processed.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed or cancelled. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
To cancel your order:
- Email us at vista_thrive@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request.
- Cancellations beyond the 12-hour window may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Returns made after the 30-day window
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Incomplete returns or items not in original condition
